Tangential flow filtration (TFF) is emerging as one of the most efficient and high-throughput methods for extracellular vesicle (EV) and nanoparticle purification. TFF-EVs filter allows rapid, reproducible and scalable purification of EVs that can be used on the lab bench for purifying small amount of samples (min 5ml) or connected with a mechanical system for purifying liters of biomatrices in short turnaround time. The TFF-EVs filter cartridge is sterile and suitable for cell culture work as well as re-usable multiple times.
