Payment

No. We accept only bank transfer or PayPal payments.

Shipping and Delivery

If we have the stock for the ordered product, we generally ship in 1-2 business days. Then how long it will take depends on the destination. Our team contacts you after ordering to keep you up-to-date with shipping details.
Yes. You can inform our team of your account details during your order (via website or email). Our team will prepare your order to be picked up by your courier. In this case, your order will not be charged for freight costs.
Our products are either plastic consumables that do not require special handling or lyophilized products that can be shipped with ice blocks. None of them require dry ice shipment.
