FLuoEVs: Purified EVs double labeled (EGFP and mCherry)

FLUO-EVs are stably-fluorescent Extracellular vesicles
expressing the fluorescent protein EGFP (green) and mCherry (red) as
fusion protein respectively with tetraspanin CD63 and CD9. FLUO-EVs are
purified in combination of Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) and Size Exclusion
Chromatography (SEC) from genetically engineered cells in order to co-express the CD63-EGFP and CD9-mCherry. FLUO-EVs
demonstrated high stability of the fluorophores, they can be used for vitro
tracking studies or as reference material for analyzers of nanoparticles or for
assay calibration.
Characteristics: Particle size distribution 50 – 140
nm, lyophilized, storage at 4-8 °C.
Applications: Positive control for EV analyzers (NTA,
flow Cytometers, fluorescence microscopy), cell spike-in and in vitro tracking,
EV uptake monitoring, assay and instrument calibration.
