Shipping information

Products are generally shipped within 1 week upon acceptance.

Shipping charges are quoted at the time the order is placed or accepted.

All products are shipped at controlled temperature (+4...+8°C) with ice packs.

Additional charges will be invoiced for special packaging or delivery requested by the customer. Unless otherwise specified, products are shipped F.O.B. origin, freight prepaid and added to the invoice.

HansaBioMed Life Sciences Ltd is not responsible for delays due to Customs or FDA clearance.

Manufacturing time: maximum 1 week. Except for custom-made products, where the time of manufacture depends on the particular product.
