miniPURE-EVs Spin: Centrifugal Size Exclusion Chromatography columns
Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) is considered one of the
best methods for isolating and purifying Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) from
different matrices. The method is fast, preserves the original shape and
functionality of the vesicles, and removes the most of contaminants and
circulating proteins.
The miniPURE-EVs-Spin is a new SEC spin column designed for
isolating EVs in a fast and easy way from small volume amount ( 0.02 – 0.2 ml).
miniPURE-EVs Spin column is suitable for
EV isolation from multiple fluids, including cell conditioned media, plasma,
serum, urine. Moreover the column is an optimal platform for the removal of
unbound dye post particle labelling, or removal of the excess of fluorophore
conjugated antibodies.
The column is compatible with both fixed angle and swinging-bucket
centrifuge rotors.
Applications: EV
isolation from biofluids and cell media. Removal of unbound dye post EV
labelling. Working volume range: 0.02 – 0.2 ml.
